Design & Selections
Once we understand your vision, our design team develops a custom pool plan. You’ll have the opportunity to select finishes, materials, water features, lighting, and additional enhancements to personalize your space. We use state-of-the-art renderings to help you visualize the final design.
Finalizing the Documents
After refining the design, we finalize all necessary documents, including contracts, project scope, and detailed drawings. This step ensures alignment on all aspects of the project before moving forward.
Plans and Permits
With finalized plans in hand, we begin securing the required approvals. This includes submitting documentation for HOA approval (if applicable) and obtaining necessary permits to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Available both in and around your pool deck, feature lighting can be installed to elevate the look of any pool, landscape, or outdoor space. We install a wide variety of water-safe and energy-efficient LED lights in single colors or color-changing lights. These dynamic lights can be installed to brighten waterfalls, hot tubs, lounge decks, outdoor kitchens, and more.
